eBike Diagnostic Service 

• $100 for eBikes
• $150 for electric motorcycles, mopeds or mobility devices
• Test Battery Voltage and Charger functionality
• Test motor core, phase wires and hall sensors
• Test motor controller
• Test display
• Inspect wiring and connections
• Provide a list of required parts to client (e-CycleVictoria can source parts if requested)
• Note that this service is for approximately 2 hours of the technician’s time.  If the repair can be completed within this timeframe, no additional charges will apply (parts excluded), otherwise repair time is billed at $50/hr plus the cost of parts.
• Battery capacity test +$30
